We built a part oak link extension between the house and garage for Mr and Mrs Disley. The south elevation was fully glazed with a solid built wall to rear. The oak frame was built on site with trusses and windows all being constructed out of oak by Castle Hill Joinery, Ludlow. We fitted steels between the existing and new build to create a large kitchen/diner, all fully fitted with oak flooring and skirting. We then built a utility off the link at the rear of the garage. This project won an award in June 2014 in the 'Best Local Builder or Traditional Craftsman' category at the annual Shropshire and Staffordshire Building Control Awards held in conjunction with the LABC.
